A Georgia teen has been accused of using a social media app known as SnapChat in the moments leading up to a serious crash. The teen struck another vehicle, leaving one of it’s passengers with serious brain damage.
According to the victim’s legal team the teen was using SnapChat’s speed filter, which captures the speed at which the photo is taken.
