Questions Raised After Images Surface of Bloody Wheelchair Given to Newburgh Patient

A patient at Newburgh’s St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital recently captured images of what appears to be a bloody wheel chair provided for patient use. According to officials, the hospital confirmed the equipment did not meet the hospital’s standards.
