Washington, DC – On June 7, 2017, President Trump nominated three individuals for vacancies on the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC): Michael P. Allen, Amanda L. Meredith, and Joseph L. Toth. Michael P. Allen was nominated to fill former Chief Judge Bruce Kasold’s seat on the court. Amanda L. Meredith was named to fill Judge William Moorman’s seat and Joseph L. Toth was nominated for former Chief Judge Lawrence Hagel’s seat.
