At Finkelstein & Partners personal injury law firm, our mission goes beyond advocating for clients in the courtroom. We are equally committed to supporting the communities we serve. To live out this mission, in 2018 we established an employee volunteer program that encourages giving back while making it accessible for our team. Through this initiative, employees can volunteer up to four hours each month during work time while still being paid. To further encourage community engagement, once an employee reaches 15 hours of volunteer service, the firm donates $150 to the charity of their choice.
