Knee, Hip, and Back Pain Caused by Your Job

Did you know some people are more susceptible to periodic and chorionic pain due to exercise and strenuous activity required by some jobs?

Certain people have naturally weaker muscle groups, specifically gluteal muscles and hip flexors. These people maybe be more easily injured or likely to experience pain if they are pushed too hard at work or during off time.

Jobs that require any sort of heavy lifting or strenuous activity should be clearly labeled as such. If an employee feels performing a certain job task could jeopardize their safety or well being he or she should consult with their supervisor immediately.  If an employer fails to protect the safety or well-being of company employees, and an injury occurs, the injured party may be able to claim compensation.
