Is the VA Changing its Tune about the Backlog?

After many promises from the VA, ranging from the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to many high level officials, that their priority is to fix the Benefits Backlog problem for all claims, the story may be changing.  The VA has started to limit the types of claims it alleges were included in its initial contemplation of the words “all claims.” For more information, check out updates on the story here.
