Early Sunday morning, in Providence, NY, a 33 year old man crashed his all terrain vehicle. A female passenger was pronounced dead on the scene.
The driver was charged with DWI, reckless driving, and other related charges.
According to Authorities, the man was speeding when he lost control of the ATV. Neither the driver nor the passenger had on helmets.
