Attorney Vincent J. Pastore of tthe Veterans’ Services Group Participated in “I did the Grid”

“I Did the Grid” is an annual run organized in Memory of Corporal Christopher G. Sherer, a United States Marine who was killed by an enemy sniper on July 21, 2007.  Chris grew up in East Northport, New York and the neighborhood is commonly referred to as “The Grid”.  Each year, during Memorial Day weekend, this event is held in memory of Chris and all who have fallen while defending our country.  Vincent Pastore, a volunteer fireman in East Northport and an attorney at our firm, takes part in this event each year. He commented, “Now, since it is 10 years later, it’s amazing to see all of the younger generations there running from different schools or boy scout troops in our town, etc., since they never knew Chris, but understand what the event represents and honors”.   To learn more about this event, click here:  http://www.cplchris.com/i-did-the-grid-walk-race/
