Albany police were able to reprehend a drunk driver prior to any serious or fatal injuries on October 18th.
According to police the woman behind the wheel was seen slamming into two parked cars on Delaware Avenue at approximately 2:30 am Sunday morning.
The drunk driver continued onto Lark Street when she continued for about a mile before being stopped by police.
The driver was charged with aggravated DWI and criminal mischief.
