Eleven middle-school children were treated for minor injuries at local hospitals Wednesday morning after a Sussex, N.J. man hit a school bus with his pickup truck. Darryl Davis, 42, hit the rear of the school bus that was picking up children on State Line Road in New Jersey. Davis had gotten out of his vehicle at the scene when his truck rolled about 75 yards down the embankment because he had failed to put the vehicle in park. The children were taken to St. Anthony Community Hospital in Warwick and Orange Regional Medical Center in the Town of Wallkill with minor injuries. Davis was also treated at St Anthony and was released. He was issued several traffic tickets. Contact us 24/7. Read the article at recordonline.com
