KINGSTON, N.Y. — A city man was “wrongfully arrested, publicly shamed, and forced to live under the weight of a false accusation,” according to Ben Crump, a nationally renowned lawyer who is now representing him.

In a press release, Crump said he and Andrew Finkelstein of Finkelstein & Partners in Kingston have been retained by Jordan and have filed a notice of claim and a notice of intention to make a claim against the state of New York.
