Key Responsibilities

  • Uploading, organizing, indexing and filing photos and videos associated with cases
  • Preparation and filing of non-video case related documents
  • Additional administrative duties as needed by the department supervisor
  • To be considered, applicants must be professional, client service oriented, able to accomplish tasks within time constraints and have excellent computer skills. A keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, highly organized and the ability to work on multiple tasks throughout the day.

    A Bachelor’s Degree is required and a Paralegal certificate is a plus; previous relevant administrative experience in a law firm is strongly preferred.
