Helping Medics transition to Civilian Employment

Many military medics who served in Iraq & Afghanistan, skilled at treating trauma-related injuries, have been unable to transition to civilian employment in the healthcare field because they do not possess the requisite license. The Department of Veterans Affairs created a new program to help former medics and corpsmen work in their fields while obtaining a professional license.
