According to officials, a multi-vehicle accident that occurred on the Tappan Zee Bridge on Tuesday, July 23, may have been caused by a wrong-way driver. The crash killed one woman and injured four others. Police officers say that a woman driver was pronounced dead at the scene. She was traveling northbound.
