Jennifer Safier graduated SUNY at Stony Brook in 1992 and received her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 1995. Jennifer has been a member of Fine, Olin & Anderman, LLP for twenty-five years and has been a partner of the firm for over a decade. For the past eighteen years she has been the managing attorney for the General Legal Department and in 2020 she began managing the General Legal Department for Finkelstein & Partners, LLP as well. Jennifer dedicates herself to providing clients with outstanding legal services according to their specific needs and goals. Her ability to prioritize clients’ objectives and offer strategic solutions makes her a valuable advocate.
Jennifer specializes in residential and commercial real estate closings throughout Westchester and the Hudson Valley. In addition, she works as the supervising attorney for the General Legal Department, alongside her staff of experienced attorneys and paralegals. Together they manage estate probate and administration, preparation of estate and Medicaid planning documents such as Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills and Health Care Proxies.
Jennifer also advises clients on the formation and documentation of business arrangements such as joint ventures, partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies.
Jennifer has extensive experience in matrimonial and Family Court matters from inception through trial. She also acts as a divorce mediator. Ms. Safier is dedicated to helping her clients through highly emotional times and prides herself on reaching amicable resolutions.
