According to experts, approximately 421,000 people are injured every year in distraction related crashes. Distracted drivers put each and every one of us at risk for serious injury and even death. Please join us this month as we promote Distracted Driving Awareness Month.
“Technology allows us to make phone calls, dictate texts or emails and update social media while driving – all actions that are proven to increase crash risk. The National Safety Council observes April as Distracted Driving Awareness Month to draw attention to this epidemic. NSC wants [to] empower you to put safety first and Just Drive.”-National Safety Council
In 2011 we launched ‘Commit to Quit,’ a public service initiative developed to educate drivers about the risks of distracted driving.
We have had the opportunity to speak at high schools, colleges, and in malls. For more information, or to schedule a free presentation contact [email protected].
