Erin Brockovich, who was portrayed by Julia Roberts in the movie about her fight over the pollution of a California town, has been arrested for boating while intoxicated. Brockovich was arrested on the night of June 7 after a breathalyzer test showed her blood-alcohol level was twice over the legal limit. A game warden had noticed that Brockovich was struggling to dock her motor boat at the Las Vegas Boat Harbor near Boulder City. She had been out on the boat with a male companion but was alone when she attempted to dock the boat. Brockovich was released from the Clark County jail after posting $1,000 bail.
