Our Veterans’ Services Group is celebrating the following wins this week: 1) Veteran awarded benefits based on TDIU (Total Disability Individual Unemployability) retroactive to 6/16/10. Veteran will receive a lump sum of $55,552.57 of retroactive compensation and will receive TDIU benefits going forward. 2) Veteran awarded increased PTSD rating from 10% to 30% retroactive to 7/13/09. He will receive a lump sum of $15,000.00 in retroactive compensation and PTSD benefits going forward based upon a 30% disability rating. 3) Veteran awarded increased PTSD rating from 50% to 70% retroactive to 2/26/09.
