Albany, NY Our client was passing through an intersection with a green light when the defendant pulled out of a gas station in front of her. Defendant claimed the light was yellow and that the plaintiff was speeding. We were able to show that the defendant was actually lost and following her boyfriend who pulled out and made a left from the station with plenty of room, not realizing his girlfriend would follow without stopping.
