The Palisades Interstate Parkway runs from New York City through Rockland County. Our client was travelling on Townline Road in Orangetown, when a car exited the Palisades failed to stop at the stop sign at the end of the exit ramp. As a result of the crash our 37-year-old client seriously injured his neck. Initially, he hired a lawyer who failed to take his case seriously because his doctor told him two years earlier he needed surgery on his neck, but he did not have the surgery until after this crash.
