Ms. Campbell is a member of the Finkestein & Partners’ Legal Department and additionally provides Of Counsel legal services to Jacoby & Meyers, LLP and Fine, Olin & Anderman, LLP. She handles all aspects of motion and appellate practice specializing in the areas of personal injury, product liability, Labor Law and Veteran’s Claims. She provides consultation with the firms’ trial counsel on legal issues relating to liability, damages, evidentiary issues and veterans’ matters. She assesses cases in terms of the viability of appeal and handles all aspects of appellate work. She has a stellar appellate record, with a significant amount of successes inducing profitable settlements and favorable jury verdicts. One of her appellate successes was recognized and published in the New York Law Journal as “Decision of the Day”, August 8, 2000.

Additionally, Ms. Campbell is strongly committed to representing U.S. Military Veterans, our nation’s heroes, with respect to their claims for service connection due to injuries suffered and illnesses contracted, while in service. She has achieved success in her representation of veterans at the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans’ Claims in Washington D.C. Ms. Campbell also authors and manages the firm’s Veterans’ Services Blog seeking to educate and promote awareness concerning Veterans’ issues.
