I regularly keep our clients up to date on the status of their files throughout the course of the case, and let them know what to expect every step of the way.

I help our clients navigate some of the most difficult times in their lives when one of their loved ones whom they entrusted to the care of a nursing home ends up suffering from serious injuries due to neglect, understaffing, and lack of care. We are here to listen and provide advice, as well as hold nursing homes accountable when they do not provide care in accordance with the law.

I chose this area of practice because nursing home residents are some of the most vulnerable individuals, entirely dependent on nursing home staff to make sure their needs are met. By practicing in cases involving nursing home abuse and neglect, I feel like I can help make a change for the better so that the level of care provided to nursing home residents can improve.

I have been admitted to practice law in New York State since 2013.
