Newburgh Library gets a visit from Tail Waggin’ Tutors

The Tail Waggin’ Tutors program stopped by Newburgh Library last week. The program was set up to help improve children’s reading levels by allowing them to overcome shyness using the pets as their reading partners. Newburgh Man Indicted in Car Crash That Killed Wife
