Cuts could affect Army’s mental health providers, limit soldiers’ access to care

It is estimated that approximately 251,000 of Army civilians will have to take 22 days of unpaid leave from April 26 to September 30th, due to furloughs imposed by sequestration. More than half of the Army’s mental health professionals are civilian. This will significantly impact veterans’ access to care for PTSD and other disabilities. Read Full Article Here
