Hudson Valley Police & New York State Police Crackdown on Dangerous Driving During the Holidays

As one of the biggest travel times of the year approaches, New York law enforcement has already begun cracking down on dangerous driving behaviors. The 2017 “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” campaign is in full swing. In addition to sobriety checkpoints, officers will also be monitoring driver’s speed, driver distraction, drivers who ignore the “Move Over Law”, vehicle occupants who are not properly buckled, and so on.
