Traumatic Brain Injury

Young man in thinking

Each year more than a million traumatic brain injury (TBI) cases are reported in the United States. While the term TBI is most often associated with sports-related injuries (football players are especially prone to sustaining TBIs), most TBIs are caused during every day events. The leading cause of TBI is fall down accidents, followed by motor vehicle accidents.

Brain injuries cases can be especially complex. Brain injuries often require ongoing treatment that can become quite costly. Because of the complexities of this type of case we have a dedicated traumatic brain injury attorney group. We have successfully sought justice for countless brain injury victims. Below is a recent testimonial from one of our traumatic brain injury clients, Barbara:

Veterans’ service group

In 2010 a neuropathologist  was commissioned by the Pentagon to research how the human brain is affected after being in the close proximity of an explosion. It is now more crucial than ever to develop a better understanding of the effects of brain injuries as a vast number of service members have been diagnosed with traumatic brain injuries in the last two decades.
