Thanks to our generous staff members, we were able to raise almost $600 in donations to contribute to veterinary care and the rebuilding of the Hudson Valley SPCA Orange County shelter after their horrific fire on March 23rd. The fire destroyed one of the kennel buildings and took the lives of two sweet dogs, Harley and Johnny. Five other dogs suffered burns and smoke inhalation and were taken to a local animal ER where they continue to undergo treatment. More than 20 displaced dogs have been placed in emergency foster care. Hudson Valley SPCA needs your help to fund the mounting veterinary bills as well as rebuild their kennel.
